STEPHEN B RODNER

Steve is Senior Counsel at Pryor Cashman LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Media +Entertainment and Intellectual Property Groups, where he represents entertainment companies as well as individual writers, producers, and artists. Steve provides counsel for the latest developments in the areas of copyright, fair use, trademarks and live theater productions.

In addition to negotiating contracts for live theater producers, creative personnel, composers. lyricists, playwrights, directors, designers and performers, he reviews and negotiates subsidiary rights and motion picture rights for stock, amateur and foreign theater productions. Steve is a former Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section, and currently a member of the Executive Committee.
