Paul spent his entire career in the tech industry, working in a variety of positions including project management, software development, application architect and technology strategist. He was president and co-owner of Rescot Systems Group, a boutique software company in the specialized pharmacy space, and oversaw the growth and eventual sale of that company.

Paul also has a passion for theatre. For nine years he was the Box Office Manager at The Barley Sheaf Players, a community theater in Pennsylvania. There he was instrumental in managing box office logistics for all shows, orchestrating seamless ticket reservations, and training a cadre of volunteer staff. He implemented many new processes including bringing online ticketing capabilities to the theater. Paul also became involved with other behind-the-scenes jobs at the theater, including lighting/sound design, board programming and running tech for multiple shows.
