Madhu Pai is a purpose driven marketing executive with two decades of experience building and growing brands in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Consumer Packaged goods industries. 

She most recently served as the Head of Global Marketing Transformation at Goldman Sachs, responsible for standing up the bank’s first centralized marketing function and driving incremental business growth.  Prior to her role at Goldman Sachs, Madhu led Brand Marketing & Advertising at Prudential Financial, and oversaw global accounts at some of the largest advertising agencies including Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, and BBDO.

She is passionate about civic duty and also serves as the Board Vice President for CASA of Essex County, supporting the most vulnerable children in our foster care system through court appointed advocates. She also served as a board member for the South Mountain YMCA and was the first elected Asian official in her community, serving two terms on the South Orange Maplewood Board of Education.
